Weavings, Words, and Witnesses
This annual retreat at Olmsted provides an opportunity for those living with a disability, as well as those who support them, to engage in meaningful communication, build relationships, and grow spiritually together. The theme for 2019 is Weavings, Words, and Witnesses, focusing on our unique identities and roles within the greater community.
U
sing the Biblical narrative and our individual and corporate experience, we'll discuss disability identity and culture. What is it? Where is it found? Where is the faith community? Come explore new ways you can use your unique gifts and enjoy time in fellowship with understanding, loving, supportive peers.
