Rates
Olmsted's rates are per person. These rates are in effect beginning January 1, 2010.

Rooms, Double occupancy: $36.00 each* Single occupancy: $46.00 each*

Per Day: 1 person: $50.00 2 or more people: $75.00 Per Week (7 days/6 nights): $375.00
Grounds Fee for Weddings: $500.00 per day *Members of the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church may receive a discounted rate for lodging as follows: $32 for double occupancy or $42 for private room. **Members of the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church: no charge for meeting area. Children under age 4: No charge. Children ages 4 to 11: half the adult rate. McKean County Hotel Excise tax in the amount of 3% will be added to overnight charges. |
