Resiliency
is defined as the ability to return to a sense of stability
after a transitional event. Because we are always navigating
change in our lives, resiliency is a key factor in our ability
to live the spiritually abundant lives that God intends for all
of us. Through presentations, group coaching exercises and
spiritual practice we will explore and experience essential
elements that can strengthen our personal resiliency and assist
us in living healthier, more well balanced lives.
The Rev. Sharon L. Vandegrift,
Executive Director for Bridge-the-Gap Life Coaching Services,
LLC, is an ordained United Methodist pastor in the Eastern PA
Conference and Professional Certified Coach with the
International Coach Federation. As a Life and Leadership coach
specializing in the support of clergywomen, Sharon is dedicated
to the process of empowering of Christian women to live full,
abundant and authentic lives. She is a graduate of Albright
College, Princeton Theological Seminary, and the Institute for
Life Coach Training. She is a regular contributor to ‘Response
Magazine’, the publication of the United Methodist Women, and a
volunteer coach for ‘One to One: Women Coaching Women’, a
non-profit organization that provides coaching to women in

begin with Dinner and continue through lunch on March 6.
