Spirituality Retreat

This retreat is
designed for women of all denominations who are seeking spiritual
renewal .
Leading the Spring Spirituality Retreat is Tammy Smith. Here is how
she describes her prayer and purpose:
To testify to the power and greatness of God, His plan, and His
work.
To share with any and all who will listen, the unfailing love of a
God who is almighty, yet intimate.
To encourage believers to go to greater depth in their walk with Him
– that they would experience the fullness of the abundant life of
peace and joy that He offers.
To introduce people to a love they have longed for every day of
their life by bringing them to Jesus Christ.
To expose and demystify the schemes of evil, in order that every
believer may have a sense of the power and purpose he or she has in
Christ.
To promote healing and freedom for every believer through intense
interaction with the Word; seeking to cooperate with the Holy
Spirit’s ongoing transformation in every believer’s life.
To stir up a love for and belief that prayer is real, powerful,
practical, ongoing, and transformative.
To provide encouragement, joy, laughter, and blessing in every
context.
Tammy Smith
has been described as a high-energy, engaging, and Spirit-filled
conference speaker. Her sessions are always filled with laughter,
tears and fresh hope in Jesus.
Tammy is a wife
to Mike, whom she describes as amazing and wonderful. He is also a
pastor of Vista Community Church in Northwest Columbus, Ohio. Their
boys Spencer (10) and Shaeffer (8) are the joy of their lives, and
keep them hopping! Tammy, a Licensed Professional Counselor
and a National Certified Counselor, holds a Ph.D. in Psychology. Her
graduate and undergraduate work was in counseling and Bible. She
has been ministering to clients for 13 years in her counseling
practice, Threshold. Tammy actively participates in various
women's, worship, and prayer ministries at her church.
