These rates are all per person. The rates are in effect beginning January 1, 2007.

Day Use Meeting Area Fee: $50.00/church related groups $100.00/non-church groups
Carriage House
Per Day: 1 person: $45.00 2 or more people: $70.00
Per Week: $350.00
*Members of the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church will receive a discounted rate for lodging as follows: $30 or $40 for private room. Children under age 4: No charge. Children ages 4 to 11: half the adult rate. McKean County Hotel Excise tax in the amount of 3% will be added to all overnights. |
